Camps at Variety FAR
Summer camps have become a welcome tradition at Variety FAR. We sponsor two: a performing arts camp that meets in
the morning for two weeks and culminates with a recital, and one that is a sleep-away
camp just like we all remember from our own childhoods. Both camps incorporate music, art,
dance and FUN! Both are affordable, thanks to grants that underwrite their costs. Both are great opportunities
for your child to meet and socialize with their peers. Be sure to get your reservation in early, these popular camps fill up quickly.
Camp FAR Out(ages 3-20) 
A two-week performing arts workshop for children with special needs. This workshop will enhance social skills, group interaction, and growth through performing arts. A public performance will be held on August 20th. The cost of this camp is only $200 due to a grant that helps offset our costs.
AUGUST 9-20, 2010 from 9:00--11:30 AM
Camp FAR & Away at Camp Skyline (ages 13-21)
A six-day camping experience for teens. Camp FAR & AWAY includes traditional outdoor camp activities as
well as music, art, dance and recreational therapy. Space is limited to 32 campers. Fee will be determined when grant requests are verified. Terrain at Camp Skyline does not permit wheelchair access.
June 20 through June 25, 2010
